About me
Hello, My name is Christiane, and I have been working in the food industry for more than 30 years .
I started in the Quality Department, but soon product development became the main part of the business, including the interesting fields of raw materials, recipes and processes.
Each project and each client is individual and so like a good performer I respond flexibly to each situation, always keeping the big picture in mind - that's the way to develop successful products.
Declarations, specifications, monitoring plans - whether microbiological, chemical or physical - are naturally part of the process. Rheology, sensoric and shelf life tests are further really interesting areas of work.
Economic considerations for each product and the purchasing of raw materials also form a part of my work.
Training and teaching people in an inspiring, individual way - raw materials, sensoric, process etc . - is a lot of fun.
